Track/Trace Your Shipments
Next, you would click here to see detailed
information on your selected shipment
First, you would find the shipment you are
looking for by entering one of the quick find
reference fields and clicking on find.
This column shows you the current status of your
shipment(s)

Shipment Detail Tracking
Next, you would select the Tracking tab to see
all date/time information regarding the current
shipment

Tracking
The tracking screen provides all the dates and
times associated with your shipment.
The Requested Pickup Date and the Cargo Needed
Date are established by you and cannot be changed
without your authorization.
The cargo ready date is established by our Asian
offices once they have confirmed it with your
factory.
The ETA Final Destination lets you know the
estimated date you can expect your cargo to be
delivered.

Create an Alert
First, you would click on the events tab from the
main menu to access the alerts section.

Alerts
From the alerts page, you can then create an
alert for any specific cargo based on any event
or status change that may occur during the life
cycle of that particular shipment. Once created,
the system will automatically generate an email
to the person or persons you choose when the
designated milestone is reached.

Create a Report
First, you would select the report tab to create
new reports or view available reports

Reporting
This feature gives you the ability to create
reports containing any information available in
the S.O.S. system. You can then print or
download the report results to your PC.
Once a report has been created it can be saved as
a template and used at any time to view real time
information.

add notes pertaining to the shipment

From the Notes section you now have ability to
view all notes associated with this shipment or
create and send your own note that becomes a
permanent part of this shipments record.

Search Filter
When using this feature, you can search for
groups of shipments that have something in
common. Multiple fields can be selected in order
to filter your results
Once you have entered your filter criteria, click
on the Search icon to return to the main menu
and view your filtered results
