  • Inactivating a Name
  • When you set a Name as Inactive
  • you must not only set the Individual Name as
    Inactive, but
  • you must also set every other record which
    contains this name as Inactive, as well.

  • The Active? checkbox
  • The Active? switch is always paired with the
    Effective Date.
  • When the Active? checkbox is set (checked), it
    means that this Class Action Suits record is
  • currently a valid Class Action record, or
  • that it will be, when the Effective Date arrives.

  • Effective Date
  • It must be todays date or a future date.
  • If you are Adding or Changing an Active Class
    Action Suits record, then the Effective Date
    indicates when this record takes Effect.
  • If you are making the record Inactive, then this
    is the date when the Class Action record will no
    longer be in Effect.
