  server, you would view requirements here rather
  than the CaliberRM viewer described above if you
  need to link a requirement to a specific checkin
  in addition to a particular project artifact
• Task lists the StarTeam tasks optionally
  filtered by user-defined criteria
• Topic list the StarTeam discussion threads
  created for this project
