Selecting the correct bcJetChunk

• bcJetChunk is selected using bcJetReco RCP file
• bcJetReco RCP is unique for
• different Jet algorithm
• different tag algorithms
• BUT if bcJetReco changes between releases,
  bcJetChunk cannot be found

Fallback option

• If bcJetChunk cannot be found, use the JetChunk
  to select the correct bcJetChunk
• No algorithm information
• Added two parameters to bcJetAnalyze.rcp (since
  t01.66.00)
• bool useClusterAlgorithm true
