Order Confirmation Site Instructions for ELDA
K-12 materials.

Introduction
Today we will review all applicable ordering
information for the ACTAAP ELDA order
confirmation site. We will go through the look of
the site the general features of the site in
addition to updates and changes being made to the
order confirmation site for 2009.

ACTAAP - ELDA 2009Important Test Dates

• Wednesday December 17, 2008 All districts
  should verify their LEP rosters on APSCN on or
  before this date. For assistance with this task,
  please contact the person that works with APSCN
  in your district.
• Monday January 12 ELDA ordering window begins
  (Grades K-12)
• Friday January 23 ELDA ordering window ends
  (Grades K-12) K-2 manuals/inventories available
  for download
• Monday March 30 ELDA testing window begins
  (Grades K-12)
• Friday May 8 ELDA testing window ends (Grades
  K-12)
• Friday May 15 All ELDA testing materials must
  be shipped back to Measurement Incorporated
• Monday June 29 Grades K-12 ELDA paper and
  electronic score reports arrive in the districts
• Monday July 27 Reporting Error and missing
  reports to the ELDA Help system

• An ordering email will be sent to each
  Superintendent and District Testing Coordinator
  (DTC) in advance of the Jan. 12 Jan. 23
  ordering window. (Tentatively set to send that
  email Jan. 7)
• Contained in the email will be written
  instructions for logging in to the ordering site,
  etc.
• The DTC will be the only one with access
  permission and we recommend that the power and
  ability to login to the site remain with that
  individual.
• Requests to change and make updates should go
  through the DTC with ADE approval only.

Improvements to the ELDA Help System

• Complaints regarding the care and timeliness of
  response to helpline requests
• Re-Organization of the Help system (currently
  being developed)
• Online site with a form to submit work orders
• Custom forms dependent upon the type of request
• Contacts will be given a work order number to
  reference
• Work orders will be processed in the order in
  which they were received by MI
