ABOUT US

• Investment Company Denim Trading has been
  operating in the securities market of the
  Republic of Belarus since 2001.
• The company is licensed for securities brokerage
  and dealing and its employees have undergone
  attestation with state securities industry
  regulator.
• Denim Trading has accumulated significant
  experience in financial intermediation

HISTORY

• 2001
• October the company was accepted to the members
  of the Stock Market Section.
• September a licence to professional and stock
  activity in the securities market of the Republic
  of Belarus was received.
• June Denim Trading Investment Private Unitary
  Company was established.
• 2002
• First transactions were entered into in the
  market of securities promissory notes of the
  largest Belarusian gas-transportation company
  Beltransgaz.
• 2003
• Our company was stably among the three leaders on
  the volume and number of transactions with
  Beltransgazs (BTG) promissory notes. In November
  a record on the volume of transactions with BTGs
  promissory notes was reached (20 billion rubles /
  8.2 million euros).
• 2004
• Our company continued to operate in the market of
  securities of commercial organisations and
  gradually entered the market of state debt.
• 2005
• Our company increased the turnover in the market
  of governmental short-term bonds and operated in
  the market of bank securities at the same time.

• 2006
• Our company was among the ten leaders on the
  number of held to maturity transactions with
  governmental securities.
• 2007
• Our company entered and actively operated in the
  market of securities and bonds of commercial
  companies of the Russian Federation.
• 2008
• In order to prepare for liberalisation of the
  stock market of Belarus the companys
  restructuring was carried out. A department for
  operation in the securities market of the
  Republic of Belarus was established.
• 2009
• Company actively operates in the countrys stock
  market.
• April company occupied the first place in the
  amount of transactions and their number in the
  Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE)
  common stock secondary market.
• According to the results of the second quarter,
  our company was among the three leaders of the
  BCSE in the amount of transactions and in
  turnover.
