Miss Darlene and Miss Crystal decide to bring in
some boxes to see what the children will do
with them

• the parents of the Sweet Peas
• that the children are interested
• in the construction.
• So, Julias mom brings in some wood!

As the Sweet Peas play, they are learning about
cooperation. They are also learning about balance
and gravity!

First, we put the wooden sticks in a basket and
sat the basket in the middle of the room. Right
away, our construction man, Ben, went to find the
saw.
The children decide that thewooden sticks need
some color.They begin to use crayons, but paint
works even better!
The Sweet Peas roomis a very busy place!
