Summary
  • Approximately 100hrs over 52weeks _at_
    2hrs per week
  • Local competency programme will meet a
    significant portion of this i.e. 50-60
  • Individual effort and time spent may vary
    dependent on needs
  • 2-4hrs mentor contact per month will help the NQP
    to reflect, write action plans and review
    learning activity progress
