• Reduce/Eliminate manual/paper process, i.e.,
  DD1898/DD1155/SF44
• Maintain oversight of non-contract purchases
• Enable DESC and customers to identify future
  contract locations and track data - real time
  information
• Reduce paperwork burden on all parties
