So WAT does it do?
Simply Allows you to create and manage User
accounts (Student Non-Student) Allows you to
e-mail enable accounts (for hosted e-mail
sites) Allows you to manage Groups Distribution
Lists and a lot more.

So what does that mean?
  • 2321 sites across all the LAs
  • 1070 Site Admin accounts all ready to use WAT

Does anyone use it?
  • We transitioned 253K accounts
  • Since then-
  • Over 50K new accounts have been provisioned
  • Over 50K accounts have been identified as old
    and disabled
  • Over 6K accounts are updated each month
  • All via the WAT

But there have been problems
  • Some people have struggled with UPN
    Reconciliation
  • Some people have deleted their entire pupil base
  • Some people just dont like the application
  • Support response to issues has been slow
  • Acceptedand my apologies. but there has only
    been 1 bug fix since WAT was released.
