Major Lessons Learned

  • Cumbersome, confusing log-in process gtgt loss of
    respondents
  • Usability and accessibility testing reveal
    problems not revealed by other kinds of software
    testing.
  • A smooth experience for the respondent requires
    end-to-end design.
