    approach to an empowerment approach

    destination sites with an emphasis on
  • - Rights-based special working contracts.
  • - Recognition of domestic labour as work and
    amending labour law to cover and protect
    rights of domestic workers.
  • - Regulating recruitment agencies and employers
    and awareness raising among them.
