• Supports the use of a common methodical approach
  to ATM validation (i.e. MAEVA, EUROCONTROLS
  EATMP Validation Strategy)
• a repository of validation activities (i.e.
  objectives, exercises, inputs, outputs)
• common reference structures
• operational context - concepts and scenarios
• technical - indicators/metrics, techniques, tools
  etc
• Intended to be a source of validation information
  for all
