• Doesnt obey simple commands Immediate.
• RED VICTIM
• Obeys simple commands Delayed.
• YELLOW VICTIM

• PEDIATRICS
• PREGNANT FEMALES
• FELLOW RESCUERS

Jump-START by Lou Romig MD

• RPM intact.
• Peds 1-8 yr.. of age.
• Normal RR 15-40 BPM.
• No respirations
• check pulse
• Pulse present, give 5-6 breaths
• Still no resp., tag BLACK.
• Respirations present, tag IMMEDIATE.
• Use AVPU instead of CAN DO.
