Permit Application Progress

• DEP has issued a second RAI.
• Project team members met with the NE District DEP
  permit engineers to discuss issues.
• Responses to second RAI scheduled to be submitted
  on December 10, 1999.

• Submittal of a detailed operations plan was a
  part of RAI 2.
• Operations plan designed to be an evolving
  document, but a basic game plan was established.

  responsibilities.
• Define method of communication and decision
  making.
• Define reporting requirements to DEP district.
• Define basic health and safety criteria.
