delivery is now sufficient to support assembly.

• Assemble Grider 20 9/23/08 ahead of this
• Assemble Grider 30 11/17/08 schedule.
• Racks due 6/15
• Install
• Connect power
• Terminate cable plant 1/15 (P3) Need some way to
  do
• Checkout system checkout sans racks.

Summary

• Installation has begun in the LTU.
• Installation in the Undulator and Dump areas
  waits for area co-occupancy.
• Installation of pedestals begins next week in
  U-Hall.
• Starting with drilling the floor.
• Girder assembly is just about underway. Critical
  Path.
• About a month ahead of schedule
• Lets keep it that way!
• Need BFWs and BPMs at a rapid pace.
• Rack connection will lag. Need to check support
  movers early, need to check racks early.
