Whats needed to get to WGLC?(open issues)

• Need to add message examples
• I wont do that until we agree the example
  diagrams/text is correct
• Dont want to churn messages (theyll be bulky)
• Obviously we will argue about the messages too,
  but theres no point in arguing until we agree
  what to argue about
• I need a hum/humbug on go/no-go
