With LDC00 Z-pole full tracking PandoraPFA,
Marks result JER 23.5 (pandora v2-01) My
result 28.5 (pandora
v2-00) Where does 5 difference come from ?

• At pandora-GLD meeting on Mar-8, Mark told
• We are more-or-less doing right thing,
• there seems to be nothing apparently wrong.
• Mark generates events with a pythia setting tuned
  for LEP experiment, which gives 20 less neutral
  particles in a jet.
• He also told that it will give 1.5 effect
  on JER.
• Then Mark gave us his z-pole data (both lcio file
  
• after detector simulation and stdhep), steering
• File for Pandora.

• due to difference of Pandora version ?

• Almost consistent with results we have obtained.

Difference on steering file ( difference of
calibration constant) gives just small effect.

• Now difference between Marks and mine is 3 (-
  1.5) ,
• dominantly due to difference of data.
• Two possibilities on difference of data
• Generator setting
• PhysicsList (should be QGSP_BERT for both data )
• Mark says item 1 and 2 gives 1.5 and lt 1
  effect on
• JER, respectively.
• Since we have stdhep file, in principle we can
  check effect
• of each item.
• To check performance of JupiterPandora, it may
  better
• to generate data with Marks stdhep file for
  direct
• comparison.
