Minimum Standards for Rotary Clubs

• Six Criteria
• Pays per capita dues
• Meets regularly
• Conducts Service projects
• Receives visits from RI officers (DG, etc)
• Subscribes to The Rotarian or Regional Magazine
• Maintains appropriate liability insurance

• Semi-Annual Report (SAR) - July
• Official DirectoryReturn the form or current
  secretary to update via Member Access
• Semi-Annual Report - January

Membership reporting

• Easiest using Member Access
• New member admission form - date of joining and
  contact telephone number
• Member termination form - effective date
  membership terminated and reason
• Incoming club officer data should be notified to
  RI by 31 December every year for accurate listing
  in the RI Official Directory.

• The Semi-Annual report includes
• Club membership roster
• A form to add new members
• An invoice of estimated money owed to RI
• Calculation Worksheet to make invoice changes
• Instructions and a return envelope
