• The palace of Paistos is in the Messura Plain
• It was second palace in size after Knosses
• It was made in the late Neolithic era

• Knosses was the capital of Minoan Crete.
• It was the most grandest palace.
• It is 20 min. south from Modern town of Iraklio.

• Kato Zacros is located in the eastern end of
  Crete.
• Zacros is the smallest palace of all known Minoan
  palace.
• It is 5 times smaller than Knosses the biggest
  palace in the Minoan palaces

• Malia was the third largest palace.
• It has 7,500 square meters.
• It was built around the 1900s BC
• It was destroyed in the 1650s
