What is it?

• The Award was designed to get young, city people,
  out and about learning new skills, helping and
  working with others and to experience challenges
  and adventures.

What does itinvolve?

• The sections you have to complete are
• Service-a voluntary activity where you help out
  for free.
• Skills-learn something new that is useful.
• Physical recreation-get involved in some fun,
  physical activities.
• Expeditions-getting out in the countryside, team
  work, having a good time and a great adventure!

The groups Leaders

• Overall there was 11 of us and we were split up
  into two groups...
• Camo-us Nick, Adam, Rosie, Lucy Emma lead by
  Miss L. We couldnt have completed our expedition
  with out her.
• The Poos- Chantelle, Callum, Colin, Vanessa,
  Ben, Owen-lead by Mr C.
• Mr C. Was the overall instructor with fantastic
  moral support from Miss Thompson Mr Ford

Time of Our life!

• During the expeditions, we had such an amazing
  time!!

It also helps if you have munchies too!
The walks are long and tiring but the
satisfaction you feel when you have completed it
is amazing.
You go through many emotions such as extremely
happy to tired and miserable but your team should
help you get through it.

Comments from the gang

• Nick- It was a great experience, meeting new
  people and finding what youre made of
• Adam- It was a great experience learning new
  skills and putting them into use.
• Rosie- This was the best thing ever. It brings
  out the best(or the worst) in people.
• Lucy- It has been a wonderful time and really
  shows you who your friends are.
• Emma- it has been a great time with all these
  mad people!! But I think it has bought us all
  closer and it has been the best time of my life.
