• Located North of the 10 Freeway from Citrus, on
  the corner of Citrus Randall.

• Many blocks included older homes directly across
  the street from newer track homes. East of the
  school were several low income dwellings.

• There were a minimum of 25 apartment buildings
  and two nursing homes.

• The area seemed very family oriented.
• Kids were playing at the playground.
• In the shopping centers, many families were seen.

• We saw vendors on the corner.

• Many included five way stops.
• Railroad crossings in the area.

• Not many places for kids to hang out except for
  the skate park.
