CO-OP WORK EXPERIENCE ON RESUMÉ
  • Clearly identify Co-op work experience on your
    resume once your first work term has been
    completed
  • Add a section to your resume called Co-op Work
    Experience
  • Rename the non-Co-op work experience section as
    Other Work Experience and have it follow Co-op
    Work Experience in your resume
  • Note To make your resume fit 2 pages, you may
    need to eliminate some of your less recent other
    work experiences

REFERENCES
  • Can include work and academic, or, as a last
    resort, a personal reference be sure to confirm
    with them beforehand
  • Identify references (i.e. Supervisor, Professor,
    Family Friend, etc.)
  • Always indicate whether phone number provided is
    business or residence (work or home)

  • Upload transcripts into your PlacePro account

  • Request an official transcript to take to Co-op
    interviews

How to upload Transcripts
  • How to save unofficial transcripts so you can
    upload them into PlacePro
  • Open up your Internet browser
  • Go to www.uregina.ca
  • Click on Quicklinks
  • Click on Log into YoUR Self-Service
  • Enter your Student ID and WISURD password
  • Click on Student Services
  • Click on Student Records
  • Click on Current Registration and List of
    Courses (Unofficial Transcript)
  • Go to File and click on Save As
  • Save your transcripts as a htm or html file
  • Find the saved file on your computer, right click
    on the file and click on Open withgt
  • Open the file with MS-WORD
  • Save the file as an rtf file
  • Use Cutepdf to convert the rtf file into a
    pdf file.
