Time

• Scheduled 20 minutes start to start.
• Same as other two presentations.

Who

• Friauf and McGeen represent the AIA and the
  Zoological Society(co-sponsors of the event).
• We would like to build a number of designs for
  our charitable event.
• You are highly motivated to have your design(s)
  chosen this will be a high profile event.
• All firms can submit up to (4) designs for
  consideration.

Major Concepts

• Pick the (3) to (4) issues that are most
  important and relate your design decisions to
  them.
• What did you learn from your research
• Colors, durability, Safety, economy
• Construction, materials
• Why will architects and animal lovers want to bid
  on your design
• etc.

Graphics

• Client name and Firm name (use a detachable card)
• Label all drawings
• Include scale and north arrow
• Section markers
• Be consistent (text and orientation)
• Room names
• Boards should be able to speak for themselves.

• You tell us where to sit.
• You decide how the room is set up (within reason).

• Mounted on a site plan (a base)
• North arrow/scale

  card)
