Coaching with Heart
  • You are there for support to the teachers
  • (you are to be of service to them)
  • You are NOT an evaluator
  • IF something becomes a problem, you cannot
  • be a tattletale
  • Give the teacher some feedback and a
  • specific strategy
  • Document your conversations and visits
  • If the problem continues, you may need
  • to address this with the administration.
  • the administrator MUST WITNESS the
  • problem for himself/herself
