Print out three pages of carrots. Write on the
back of each carrot, or print page 2 and cut out,
glue to back of each carrot. Place carrots in a
bucket or basket. Place the header cards in a
pocket chart. Students pull a carrot, read it,
sort it under the correct header. You could also
sort the carrots into small buckets or baskets
(thus, I created a different header that would
work better when attaching to a container.
