Screening Managers.
  • Integral to the service and have a pivotal role
    within the NHS CSP
  • Administer the call / recall system on which
    screening is based

  • Ensure parameters within NHAIS system are
    correctly defined and jobs scheduled on a regular
    basis
  • Ensure all those eligible are called in an
    appropriate and timely manner and that relevant
    information leaflets accompany those invitations
  • Ensure that those with no eligible screening
    record are identified and brought into system
  • Ensure that those no longer eligible for
    screening are ceased

    letters and written notification of test results
    in a manner which is conducive to continued
    participation in the programme
  • Ensure that results are received from the
    laboratory and logged (preferably electronically)
    to provide high quality data

    practice / gender
