• Commenced 2006, Maternity 2007.
• Dental Unit commenced March 2008.
• 24 hour cover.
• 5400 patients treated to date.
• Free care offered to poor, widows orphans.
• Those who can pay do pay.
• Dispensary offering wide range of medicines.

• Doctor, Midwives, Nurses, Medical officers,
  Laboratory staff admin support.

Child Development Centre

• 45 children at the moment
• 15 children have been resettled
• 1 child in October rescued from abusive father

• New hall completed for the children for meals and
  entertainment
• Additional boys dorm completed
• Kitchen built
• Additional latrines and showers completed
• Compound fully concreted to allow play area
• Water supply tank and drainage water system
  installed

Skills Training Centre (Lugazi Vocational
Institute)

• Construction work began September 2007
• Recruitment of full time staff began March 2008
• Training commenced May 2008
• Anticipated 40-50 trainees per year
• 5 trades per year
• Carpentry/joinery, fabrication/welding,
  electrical, motor vehicle repair tailoring

• All of the projects are working alongside
  Lugazi Pentecostal Church ministries.
• At the moment this church is not wind or
  waterproof, major work is required to give this
  church a new roof.
• Capstone projects are hoping to assist in the
  funding of this.
