OBJECTIVES

• San Diego and California in general are
  experiencing dramatic population increases.
• Need for affordable housing is becoming more of a
  concern.
• Estimated that San Diegos population will double
  by 2020.
• Global Warming is an undeniable fact in our world.

• Design a home that incorporates the principles of
  Green Design.
• Create an environment that is cost effective and
  has potential to house more than one family in
  the future.
• Utilize materials that are overabundant in the
  area.
• Create a new way of living by surrounding the
  built environment with nature.

  manufacture new than to ship back old ones
