• New Production System Process
• Site Admin sets up a new Production System in
  PADRAP
• Send an email to PADRAP Administrators
• Derald Holtkamp (holtkamp_at_iastate.edu)
• Jamie Melody (jmelody_at_iastate.edu)
• Once PADRAP Administrators approve the Production
  System, an email is sent back to Site Admin

• Benefits
• Avoids potential for same Production System being
  setup multiple times (i.e. ISU vs. Iowa State
  University)
• Control of confidential information
• If two or more veterinarians are set as Site
  Admins for a Production System, all will be able
  to see every Risk Assessments for that particular
  Production System

Contact Name Address of Production System Phone
number of Production System Email Address of
Primary Contact
Contact Name for the Production System should be
an individual in charge of a production system.
This person may be contacted to determine
appropriate PADRAP access in an event of an
individual transitioning to another company.
Hint Phrase This will be used if Site Admin
forgets their password

Definitions - people

• Production system contact Key contact for
  each production system (veterinarian /
  non-veterinarian)
• May confirm or deny PADRAP online access rights
  to production system information for all others
  (site admins and users)
• Multiple site admins may have access to the same
  production system
• May or may not have access to PADRAP online
• Communication between production system contacts
  and PADRAP administrators to confirm or remove
  access rights is done outside of PADRAP online

After PADRAP Administrators have approved the
Production System, the status will be changed to
Approved. Options for creating users, sites,
and surveys will now be available.
