  but incubation of derivative standards in
  Accellera
• Library Harmonization define a liberty-compliant
  subset of ALF for library characterization and
  interoperability
• Open Kit initiative use ALF as the fundamental
  technology description language
• ALF has been recognized as technically preferable
  solution
• All features in 1603 sufficient for these new
  projects
• no extensions required so far, almost no errata
  found
