• Started in 2004, eBarangay.Net is home of local
  initiatives that envision more effective
  governance, education and entrepreneurship
  through the use of information and communication
  technologies (ICT), housed at the Institute of
  Development Management and Governance (IDMG),
  UPLB, TeleFax [phone].

• Education is a priority among cooperatives
