  • The objectives are as follows
  • To promote of EUROMAR-BRIDGES activities and
    show the results exploited within European
    co-operation

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK-PACKAGE 4
Description of work Taking the objective stated
above this Workpackage is stressed on promotion
of EUROMAR-BRIDGES activities being undertaken
and showing the results exploited within national
and European co-operation. In this regard the
organization of international conference
preliminary called EUROMAR-BRIDGES Summarizing
Conference is foreseen at the end of the
project. Moreover, the publicity of the project
and its undertaken activities will be assured and
executed at both national and European levels.
The publicity will include series of press
releases, installation a World Wide Web page for
EUROMAR-BRIDGES that will be inseparable part of
or linked with ENCOMAR-TRANSPORT project home
page. The series of press releases and articles
will be published as accompanying tools for
workshops and brokerage events as well as for
Summarizing Conference.

PRESS RELEASE WIDELY RECOGNIZED PUBLICITY
  • Considering such objectives as, for example
  • promoting EUROMAR-BRIDGES partners
    competencies within maritime internationally
    recognized society
  • Providing the researchers from these countries
    with support related to preparation of new
    project proposals
  • Further consolidating the maritime national
    contact points established within project
    partner countries under execution of
    ENCOMAR- TRANSPORT project by bringing them
    closely to the European Research Area

PROPOSAL OF SHORT-TERM ACTIONS
  • WE PROPOSE THE FOLLOWING APPROACH
  • preparation of the draft introductive press
    release to be published in the Polish branch
    magazine titled Maritime Economy (show the
    example)
  • preparation of the project summary including
    the short profiles of partners (promotion
    marketing aspects) to be published in magazine
    titled European Grants, which is distributed
    among Polish key actors (every 3-month the
    updated information will be published there on
    the basis of the partners information
    collecting.)
  • Putting official summary / general description
    of the project into web-page of each partner
    home page
  • Active participation in nationally organized
    conferences workshops devoted to dissemination
    of the European projects.

Proposed publicity content
  • In order to assure the common attributes of
    visualization of the EUROMAR-BRIDGES project we
    proposed to include always
  • logo of EUROMAR-BRIDGES project with full name
    of the project
  • the sentence EUROMAR-BRIDGES project is
    financed by European Commission within 6.
    Framework Programme should be always published
  • Consortium partners list
  • Short summary of the project agreed by the
    partners
  • All articles and presentations in both
    national English languages should be scanned
    and send to coordinator in order to inlude them
    in EUROMAR- BRIDGES web page in the section
    press release corner.
