Our goal to be fair with US carriers

• Why needs to be found an Asia Pacific Internet
  eXchange Point
• Internet trafics increased nearly balanced
  between regions
• Asia Pacific Region has not yet found any
  regional Internet exchange point
• Most of the transit traffics between countries
  are United State
• Save money for nations by applying technique such
  as caching, etc.
• Representative to negotiate with other regions,
  US carriers
• Make full use of fible optics (SEA-ME-WE3, CSC,
  etc)
