• Click on Support
• Click the link under ACCESS

• Click the link to bring up the form (.pdf)
• Print the form
• Fill in the required information
• Fax the form to the OASIS Security Team
• There will be email notification when the access
  is ready

Access to OASIS - Procedure

• In PeopleSoft, access is granted by giving a
  person one or more roles
• For now, work with your data trustee on what
  roles are appropriate to request
• Be descriptive in the comments section
• Your signature and your supervisors signature
  are required
• The OASIS security team will route the form for
  data trustee approval
• Customers will be notified by email when access
  has been granted
