  • Excel is a software program that lets you use
    spreadsheets to depict different data
    relationships

Creating Charts and Graphs
  • Basic charts show the relationship between two
    different criteria's
  • To begin, insert data into Excel Spreadsheet
  • Highlight the area of data and Click on Insert
    Chart
  • From there follow the ChartWizard to complete the
    chart

Inserting New Worksheets
  • On Menu Bar, Click Insert, Worksheet
  • A new worksheet will appear

Renaming the Worksheet
  • Double-Click on Worksheet Tab, will highlight
    text
  • Type in Sales
  • Press Enter
  • The Tab name is now Sales
