Charter of EuroINC

• EuroINC helps start- up companies and other SMEs
  from countries of the European Union to
  establish a presence in Singapore, the Gateway
  to Asia.
• EuroINC s initial focus will be on companies
  from The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg
  (Benelux) and Rheinland Westfalen (Germany).
• EuroINC is a partner of the Economic Development
  Board (EDB) in Singapore through its LEAP
  Programme.
• EuroINC has its office in Singapore.

Support provided to companies(on a need basis)

• Organization of a fact finding tour to Singapore
  (potential customers, companies and technology
  providers)
• Registration of the company in Singapore
  (inclusive of finding a partner if needed)
• Finding office space at low rental cost with or
  without shared facilities
• Providing access to Government related
  organizations regarding financial support,
  subsidies, grants
• Providing technical contacts to local
  universities and research institutes
• Providing contacts related to IPR (IPOS)

• Providing access to the Singapore investment
  world
• (VCs, Business Angels and supporting Government
  agencies)
• Providing contacts with other starting companies
  in Singapore to exchange experiences
• Providing contacts with potential business
  partners in Asia through conferences and
  exhibitions organized by or together with EDB
  (GES, EE)

Technological Triangle ELA

• EuroINC has a special relationship with the
  so-called Technological Triangle
• Eindhoven Louvain Aachen (ELA)
• High-technology start-up companies in this
  Triangle will be given extra attention, when they
  intend to move to Asia Reason is the personal
  background of EuroINC s Director
• Because of this personal emphasis on technology
  the universities of Delft, Twente and
  Ghent will be approached as well
• However, this should not exclude other interested
  parties
