FDRA Background
  • Welfare and Institution Code (WIC) Section 11477
    changed the rules for assignment of support
    rights as a condition for aid eligibility.
  • 2005 FDRA Section 7301.1 amended WIC Section
    11477.

Network related (SAT is down, Choice Page blank, CSE and SAT are not linking, etc.) Send email to the LCSA Helpdesk (LCSA.Helpdesk_at_dcss.ca.gov), or contact (916) 464-5380.
Technical related (slow response, links not working, missing data, etc). Access the Contact hyperlink in the SAT, and provide detailed information.
Training related (How toquestions). Access the Help hyperlink in the SAT. If further information is needed, send detailed question to the SAT Support via the Contact hyperlink.
Policy related (What is the current policy, or clarify policy). Send detailed email to the DCSS Policy Branch (Policy.Branch_at_dcss.ca.gov).
SAT access (Add or modify user access). Contact your local administrator. To identify the appropriate staff, access the Admin hyperlink in the SAT. Click on View Users link to see a list of your county users with the Admin security.
SAT process or system changes (request to change existing process or functionality). Send detailed email to the SAT Manager at (ruby.tumagan_at_dcss.ca.gov).
