Born and raised

• Gustave Corbet was born on June 10th 1819 on a
  small farm in France. He grew up here but when he
  was older he went to Paris to take art lessons.

• Gustave originally wanted to go to Paris to study
  law. But went to art school instead.

  of his most famous is the funeral at Oran's

• Gustave moved to a small town called la tour
  de-Peilz. Here on December, 31st 1877. Gustave
  died.
