  • These findings are from the 11 questionnaires
  • completed by the CTPLD Team. This team was the
  • most pro-active in this exercise and completed a
  • questionnaire for unallocated clients as well as
    those
  • on their caseloads
  • Total number of 148 clients on caseload, 64 of
    whom fit SF2 criteria (43)
  • A total of 52 clients lived with parents,
    relatives or friends. Only 19 (37) were
    considered appropriate

  • Homecare had a total of 474 clients. Out of
    these only 8 fit the SF2 criteria
  • Out of those 8, 7 were older people with support
    needs and 1 had learning difficulties

SF2ADULT DISABILITY TEAMS
  • The findings come from 9 questionnaires completed
    by the Wokingham North and South Teams.
  • The total caseload of clients was 179, and 92 of
    those met SF2 criteria (51)
  • 21 were living in the homes of parents, relatives
    or friends. 11 of these (52) were considered
    appropriate
