- Owens Community College will collaborate with
Terra Community College on an Owens-administered
nursing program whereby Owens would engage all of
its resources to provide innovative,
collaborative and excellent academic programs,
options and pathways to Terra Community College
students.
18Recommended Board Resolution
- Owens Community College will offer an
Owens-administered nursing program for a period
of one year during which time Owens Community
College and Terra Community College will
collaborate on the creation of a nursing program
that would operate utilizing clinical facilities
that would not impinge upon the success of the
Owens nursing program and its students.
19Recommended Board Resolution
- Owens Community College would endorse a nursing
program administered by Terra Community College
so long as Owens students are not displaced in
their clinical experiences, longer waiting lists
are not created for Owens students, and the State
of Ohio and its taxpayers are not responsible for
greater program costs.
