The wider picture

• In the workforce spread sheet they rostered to
  cover 4 Bronchoscopy lists
• Not in workload spread sheet but ? 4 really
  needed.
• The units had been cancelling on average 15 lists
  per month when endoscopists were not available
• Taking time owing due to late starts and overruns
  one audit showed 49 lists out of 96 started late
  also 19 started early
• 29 lists finished late
