Two existing blocks of gallery flats and newbuild
are linked, with a covered area in between.
  There was not enough parking. An indoor car
park was therefore created on the ground floor,
with the covered activities area above it.   The
activities area has a large pond, Mediterranean
plants, seating, outdoor heating and an Internet
café.   One of the homes is furnished as a museum
house from the 1960s.
