Small Disadvantaged Businesses participating in
the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program are not
tracked separately from the SDB socio-economic
category.

MISSION
  • The mission of the NSA Office of Small Business
    Programs
  • is to ensure maximum practicable opportunities in
    NSA
  • Acquisitions to Small Business, Veteran-Owned
    Small
  • Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small
    Business,
  • HUB Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged
    Business,
  • And Woman-Owned Small Business concerns. Such
    concerns
  • must also have maximum opportunity to participate
    as
  • subcontractors in NSA contracts consistent with
    efficient
  • Contract performance.

  • NSAs Office of Small Business Programs vision
    is to provide new and innovative approaches to
    maximize NSA prime contract and subcontract
    opportunities for small businesses while
    maintaining a vigilant, effective, approachable,
    and visible small business advocacy program.

  • The breadth of products and services NSA acquires
    is varied.
  • Your Agency customer base breaks into three broad
    categories
  • Signals Intelligence, or SIGINT This is the
    classic codebreaking
  • Information Assurance, or IA This is the
    codemaking side of the Agencys mission.
  • Mission Enablers. This is the glue that holds

  • The ARC is NSAs principal market research tool
  • Vendors with appropriate clearances will be able

  • Requests for Information/Request for Proposals

    Bidders Library, and make inquiries on-line
    (future)
  • Must register and keep current You will become
    part of the Business Registry from which NSA
    will be able to conduct market surveys

    there is a clear need for increased
    socio-economic development.
