Changes in Structure and Responsibilities

• Underwriting will be automated and therefore the
  2 managers who previously oversaw the
  underwriters will be now be in control of the new
  systems operations (training will be provided).
  
• The current 20 underwriting positions will be
  obsolete and eliminated.

• Data Entry/Clerks positions will be reduced from
  200 to approximately 40 the title of the position
  will change to administrative assistants.
• Administrative assistants main focus will be
  policy issuance with occasional data entry.
• 4 of the original supervisors will be kept to
  oversee the administrative assistants.
• None of the management positions will be kept.
  The supervisors will report directly to the
  director of processing operations.
