First Table - First Words
  • We will be having several conversations today.
  • Each conversation will last for 15 -20 minutes
  • Each table should have several guests , and will
have a question menu, treats and plenty of pens
    and paper.
  • Look at the menu and have a conversation about
those questions that matter most to you or
    generate your own!
  • Write or draw your ideas on the large pieces of
    paper as you go along.
  • A timekeeper will identify when it is time to
    move to another table

10
First Move - Next Words
  • One person will remain at the table to act as
host everyone else will move to new tables.
  • You can move independently not necessarily as a
    group
  • If you stay as host, your task is to welcome the
new guests and briefly share the key ideas and
    themes from the first conversation.
  • The second conversation will again start from the
    new question menu
  • Connections across tables and conversations will
    begin to take shape

Last Move Last Words
  • After the final conversation, we will start to
    draw all the ideas together
  • Within your final grouping, please collate the
key issues and ideas generated on the tablecloths
    (on flipchart paper provided)
