  the Shelf Life Code of record as determined by
  the Inventory Control Point responsible for the
  National Stock Number.
• Re-marking of Hoses and Hose Assemblies becomes
  an issue when the Shelf Life Code changes.
• General rule for rubber (elastomeric) hose and
  hose assemblies continues to be 10 year
  Non-Extendible code.
