    the months of September to November 2006 and the
    following gives a synopsis of the results

Aim of the Audit
  • To measure out of hours calls to Specialist
    Palliative Care Services with LNR strategic
    health authority to log these calls and their
    origin.
  • To identify activity which will inform future
    service provision.
  • To identify any potential gaps or shortfalls of
    skills of staff taking calls provision.
  • To identify if calls are appropriate for
    Specialist Palliative Care.
