creation of an effective and efficient DMO for
Staffordshire. Financial and Legal
responsibilities could be taken on board by a
local authority (possibly the County Council) to
keep overheads to a minimum. Delivery would be
through partnerships of relevant
organisations/public/private with a nominated
champion
