Physical Characteristics

• Rays have very little teeth.
• Rays have cartilage instead of bones.
• Rays have a very good since of smell.
• The rays scales are very bony.
• Rays skin is gray counter shading and lime.

Habitat

• Rays live in the tide pool and tropic oceans.
• The rays will live in the Coral Reef too.
• But they mostly live in the Atlantic ocean.
• They sometimes may live in salt water rivers.

• Octopus,lobsters,starfish,squids,and some sharks.
• Plankton is another food for the rays.
• Rays have lots of foods.

• The males are 9 meters and females are 10 meters.
• Females do not lay eggs.
• Females lay a purse with the eggs inside.

• The enemies of the rays are Barracudas,Hammerheads
  ,and lots more.
• Many rays have a hard time with them.
• Barracudas are the worst enemies.

• Sting Rays only have about 3 to 8 teeth.
• Rays eat small things.
